They succeed because they are expertly engineered to exploit basic human emotions like hope, fear, and greed.
At Arihant, we recently discovered numerous instances where our brand name has been falsely used to deceive the public. These perpetrators illegally adopt the Arihant brand identity, posing as our legitimate services.
We want to ensure our clients and the public are fully aware of these risks. Your ability to distinguish between genuine services offered by Arihant Capital Markets Limited and a fraudulent scam is our top priority.
Fraudulent activities identified
It has come to our notice that certain persons are:
Creating fake investment groups on WhatsApp, Telegram, and other social media platforms
Impersonating Arihant Capital representatives
Using our branding to mislead investors
Collecting money through unauthorized and personal bank accounts
Please note that group names such as “A1188 Arihant Capital Market” or similar variants are NOT associated with Arihant Capital.
We wish to clarify that:
Arihant Capital Markets Limited does NOT operate any unofficial WhatsApp or Telegram investment groups
We never solicit funds via personal mobile numbers or personal bank accounts
Any such communication must be treated as fraudulent

We strongly urge all clients and investors to remain vigilant and follow the guidelines below:
Do NOT engage with any unofficial investment groups or individuals claiming to represent Arihant Capital.
Be skeptical of “too-good-to-be-true" offers. If an offer promises guaranteed high returns with almost no risk, it is likely a scam.
Never transfer funds to third-party or personal bank accounts. Especially links that request payment via social media platforms like Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc. All payments must be made only to official Arihant Capital Markets Limited bank accounts listed on the ArihantPlus app or here: https://www.arihantcapital.com/fund-transfer
If you suspect any fraud, report it to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal or call 1930.
