Pursuant to the Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') we hereby inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. on 04th February, 2023, which commenced at 03.30 P.M. and concluded at 04.30 P.M. considered and approved the following: Interim Dividend of INR 2.5 per Equity Share of INR 10 each for Financial Year 2022-23.
