The Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. 07.11.2025 have approved payment of 1 st Interim dividend @ Rs. 4/-per share (80% on Face value of Rs.5/- each) on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs.918.32 crore for the financial year 2025-26. Record date for the purpose of Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26 is Friday, the 14th November, 2025.

Final Dividend (₹2.5)

Outcome of the Board Meeting held on 07.08.2025 The Board of Directors has recommended final dividend @ Rs.2.50/- per share (50% on face value of Rs.5/- each) for the financial year 2024-25, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The final dividend @ Rs.2.50/- per share, as recommended by the Board of Directors, if approved in the ensuing 44 th AGM, will be paid within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration, as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, the 20th September, 2025 to Friday, the 26th September, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 44th Annual General Meeting of the Company and for determining the entitlement of members to final dividend for the financial year 2024-25, subject to approval at the 44th AGM.
