The Company is engaged in manufacturing of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Conveyor Belt solutions for the mining sector and across all the industries
It manufactures solid-woven, fabric-reinforced, polyvinyl chloride (PVC)-impregnated and PVC-coated fire retardant anti-static conveyor belting
The Company operate into 3 segments: conveyor belting, wind energy and unallocated/corporate
The conveyor belting segment manufactures and sells PVC conveyor belting
The wind energy segment generates, supplies and sells wind power (electricity)
The unallocated/ corporate segment includes corporate, administrative and financing activity
The Company started commercial production at Aurangabad Plant in 1979
ICL is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, accredited by Bureau Veritas
It enjoys around 45% share of the Indian underground PVC mine conveyor belt market

Recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 0.75 per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each (being 75% of the face value) for the Financial Year 2024-25 This is in furtherance to our letter no. ICL/DS/2025-26/110 dated 14.05.2025 and ICL/DS/2025-26/293 dated 14.08.2025, pursuant to regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, September 18, 2025 to Wednesday, September 24, 2025 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the members of the Company for the purpose of final dividend for the F.Y. 2024-25, (if declared at the ensuing AGM) and for the purpose of 52nd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. This is in furtherance to our letter no. ICL/DS/2023-24/165 dated 30.05.2023 and ICL/DS/2023-24/296 dated 14.08.2023, pursuant to regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 23, 2023 to Friday, September 29, 2023 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the members of the Company for the purpose of final dividend for the F.Y. 2022-23, (if declared at the ensuing AGM) and for the purpose of 50th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Friday, September 29, 2023.
