Outcome of the Board Meeting held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 The Board also approved declaration and payment of interim dividend of~ 6.50/- per equity share i.e. at the rate of 65.0% of face value of ~ 10/- each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The interim dividend shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Thursday, October 23, 2025, being record date fixed for this purpose

Outcome of the Board meeting held on April 15, 2025 The Board have recommended a final dividend of Rs.7.0/- per equity share i.e. at the rate of 70% of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). Pursuant to Regulation 42 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, June 6, 2025 as the record date for determining entitlement of Members to Final Dividend for FY2025. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 30.05.2025)

Declaration and payment of interim dividend of~ 5.50/- per equity share i.e. at the rate of 55.0% of face value of~ 10/- each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

The Board at the above Meeting also recommended final dividend of t 6/- per equity share i.e. at the rate of 60% of face value of t 101 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 3:55 p.m. (lST) and concluded at 5:55 p.m- (lST).
