  • Fortis Healthcare Limited was incorporated on February 28, 1996
  • The Company commenced their commercial operation by setting up the Fortis Heart Institute and Multi-Speciality Hospital at Mohali in the year 2001
  • In December 2002, International Hospital Limited became a board controlled subsidiary of the company
  • In August 2003, Fortis Hospital in Amristar was inaugurated
  • In October 2003, the company executed an agreement with Seth Jessa Ram and Bros Charitable Hospital Trust for the operation and management of Jessa Ram Hospital, New Delhi and Fortis Hospital in Noida was commissioned in August 2004

This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. May 23, 2023, inter-alia, has: a)Considered and approved the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2023. M/s B S R and Co. LLP, the Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued an Audit Report with unmodified opinion. b) Considered and recommended a final dividend of ? 1 /- per equity share (10% of face value of ? 10 /- each), for the financial year 2022-23, subject to approval of the members of the Company, which shall be paid/ dispatched within 30 days from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Company has fixed July 20, 2023 as Record Date for the purpose of payment of final dividend, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 1, 2023.
