- Finolex Industries Limited, formerly Finolex Pipes Limited was incorporated on 28 March 1981 and was subsequently changed to Finolex Industries Limited from Finolex Pipes Limited on February 24, 1995
- The Company offer a wide range of PVC pipes and fittings suitable for applications in agriculture, plumbing and sanitation
- With an annual production capacity for PVC pipes and fittings now at 4,95,000 metric tons in FY25, up from 470,000 metric tons in FY24, Finolex has solidified position in the industry
- Additionally, it maintains a strong backward integration with a robust PVC resin production capacity of 272,000 metric tons annually, by its state-of-the art manufacturing facilities in Gujarat and Maharashtra
- The Company is India's largest and only backward integrated PVC Pipes and Fittings manufacturer
- It presently has 4 manufacturing plants
- Three in Maharashtra (Ratnagiri, Urse and Bhadalwadi) and a fourth in Gujarat (Masar)
- During the year 1999-2000, the company commissioned their new PVC extruded, rigid pipes plant at Ratnagiri in Maharashtra
- Also, they commissioned an additional EDC cracker during the year
- During the year 2001-02, they divested their two shares of Rs 10 each in Finolex Polymers Ltd
