- In consideration of the demerger and transfer of the Demerged Units, the Board of Directors of the Company issued and allotted 6,63,87,590 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to the shareholders of Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited on May 17, 2022 in the ratio of 1 (One) equity share of Rs 10/- each in the Company, credited as fully paid up for every 1 (One) equity share of Rs 10/- each held by them in Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited
- The equity shares were issued and allotted by the Company pursuant to the Scheme on May 23, 2022
- Carbon Dioxide (CO2 ) plant commissioned with capacity of 80 TPD in FY 2023
- Further, Company commissioned a 700 Tonnes per day pharma-grade sugar manufacturing facility at the Asmoli unit, enabling exports of refined sugar
- Pursuant to the Order of Hon'ble NCLT dated April 27, 2022 which became effective from May 3, 2022, the subsidiary of Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited namely, Dhampur International Pte
