Please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 25th May 2023 have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 27/- (270%) per ordinary share on 60,16,875 fully paid-up ordinary shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 16,24,55,625/- (Rupees Sixteen Crores Twenty-Four Lakhs Fifty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Five only) for the year ended 31st March 2023, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing annual general meeting (AGM) of the Company convened to be held on Friday, 11th August 2023. Board Fixed Record Date Friday, 4Th August, 2023 For The Purpose Of Dividend Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors have decided that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Register of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, 5th August, 2023 to Friday, 11th August, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of annual general meeting of the Company and payment of dividend, if declared at the AGM.
