The status of the Company was converted into a Public Limited and name of the Company was changed to 'Bombay Metrics Supply Chain Limited' dated May 21, 2021 by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra
The Promoters of Company are Mr
Promoted by Nipul Keniya, the Company started operations in 2015 in marketing and trading circles of the engineering and supply chain industry
In 2016, the Company opened its first Branch Office in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
It further established supplier base for high Pressure Die Casting and Gravity Die Casting
In 2018, the Company established the supplier base for Non-Ferrous parts
The Company floated an Initial Public Offer of 4,60,800 Equity Shares by raising funds from public aggregating to Rs

Final Dividend (₹0.2)

Recommended a Final Dividend @ 2% i.e. Re. 0.20/- per Equity Share on the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2024-25, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in furtherance to our letter dated May 23, 2025 intimating that the final Dividend @ 2% i.e. ? 0.20/- per Equity Share of ? 10/- each for the financial year 2024-25 ('FY25') is recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company, it is hereby informed that Record Date has been fixed as Thursday, September 18, 2025, for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of the Members to the said final Dividend for FY25, if approved (declared) at the 10th AGM.
